Wolfpack Athlete Check-in and Check-out Policy

A Wolfpack “pack” meets at a common location before breaking up into assigned colored ride groups for practice. Our check-in and check-out system provides a standard process for all packs to follow. This policy helps ensure that all athletes are accounted for from the beginning until the end of a practice. 

Athlete Cards

• At the beginning of the season, each athlete’s family receives two copies of a personalized card

• Families must ensure cards have the correct athlete information, including:

• Athlete first & last Name

• At least two emergency contacts with names and phone numbers

• Any allergies or medical conditions

• Tip: Consider keeping one card in each vehicle so you will always have one upon arrival to practice

Practice Check-in

• Upon arrival at the practice location, find the coach for the ride group (color) your athlete is assigned; If you cannot locate them, ask the Pack Coordinator or another coach

• Let the coach know the athlete has arrived and make a purposeful exchange of the athlete card to check them in

• The coach maintains all athlete cards for the duration of the practice

Practice Check-out

• Find the ride group coach and let them know you are picking up your athlete

• Receive the athlete card back to check them out

• Put the card in a safe place for next practice!
